You must comply with the age requirements and terms of the hosting platform (e.g., TikTok). By using our games, you represent that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts & Platform Login

Our games may use platform-provided login services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account credentials.

5. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

• Virtual currency, items, and other digital goods have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable outside the game.
• All purchases are processed through the hosting platform's payment system and are subject to the platform's refund policies.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items with reasonable notice where required.

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
